Seagram & Sons, for example.  They wanted to consolidate five of their North and South American business units’ back-office operations into a single, shared-services facility.  The new facility would house a new internal hardened data center with 2n redundancy.  Quality of life was the major site-selection criterion.  We recommended a former IBM facility in Delray Beach, FL, that could be renovated to Seagram’s specifications.  Our client signed a long-term lease on an 80,000 SF state-of-the-art facility that was totally renovated and custom designed.  We also handled the following large and small assignments for Seagram & Sons:
