I have been in the commercial real estate business for more than 35 years and have managed over 3,000 domestic and global transactions and consulting assignments, valued in excess of $3 billion. Between 1976 and 2000, I have served as President and Co-Founder of three commercial real estate companies — Stiles-Lehrer; Lehrer & Company; and Colliers Lehrer -- before starting Lehrer & Feuerman, LLC, with Mike.
For me, the challenge is to understand a client’s corporate objectives and deliver solutions that align their occupancy plan into their business plan. I think critically, act professionally and lead effectively. The advice and recommendations I make are clear and concise, because the work we do generates real value, helps our clients develop and maintain their competitive advantages, and ultimately contributes fully and measurably to their bottom line.
