After initial negotiations, the real work begins. I use my legal background to maneuver through traps that kill so many business deals today. Since 1999, I have helped business owners resolve their real estate occupancy issues, providing consulting and transactional services. I work with our clients on all aspects of occupancy, including leasing, subleasing, development, purchasing, and selling under-utilized office and industrial properties. I have been involved in over 50 lease and sale transactions totaling more than 1,120,000 square feet and $80 million.
From 1993 until 1999, I was a business trial attorney, representing individuals, corporations and professional service firms in matters throughout the State of Florida. I find that my experience litigating complex contract issues and real-estate-related disputes gives me a unique and valuable perspective and a distinct advantage when analyzing and negotiating real estate transactions.
